5-Day, Ten Module foundation course is based on the principles of the Toyota
Production System. In the West it is known as Lean Manufacturing. Delegates
will obtain the required fundamental knowledge to go ahead with initial
preparations, within their own businesses, for changing manufacturing
practices. This will enable them to become more cost effective, economical and
much more profit orientated in today’s competitive marketplace.

worldwide terminology, each module of this Foundation Course holds the key to
unlocking the basic ingredients for understanding the steps involved in this

MPCEE’s Foundation Course was created to fill the void between expensive,
long-term general courses and industry specific training programmes.
Participants will obtain the prerequisite in-depth understanding, along with
obtaining the tools to streamline and increase the profits of their businesses.
The course will be undertaken to
ISO14000-2004 standards. Participants will receive their certification of
attendance and enable them to look at more in-depth courses on this subject
matter.
