REQUISITES
COURSE NAME: GEARS
This course is designed as a scene setter for all management and
staff employees who, in undertaking their normal functions, may precipitate or
prevent pollution of the environment.
A course of a half-day duration designed to bring to the
attention of all staff, an in depth awareness of how to protect the
environment, within the daily operations of an industrial or commercial
business.
COURSE CONTENT:
On completion of GEARS, management and staff will be able to
identify and associate themselves with the possible hazards surrounding their
own working environment. Delegates will have a basic understanding of spill
management and environmental management systems, which would enable them to
identify appropriate personnel for selection to attend higher levels of
instruction in pollution control.
The course can be held on your premises or in a hotel conference
room, with the basic requirements of conference table, or tables that can be
placed together, chairs, overhead projector, blackboard or dry-wipe board.
Training manuals are included in the course for each delegate.
Delegates will be issued with a
certificate confirming participation in the course.
