CONTINGENCY PLANNING
COURSE NAME: ESCAPE
DURATION: ONE DAY
ESCAPE is a course specifically designed for senior management
who, as part of their decision making functions, will be required to take
responsibility to produce or oversee the production of contingency plans or
prevent pollution of the environment.
The recommended pre-qualifications for this course include: good
communication skills; reasonable level of education; previous supervisory
safety and man management skills.

This course is to facilitate the necessity for senior managers to understand
how to go about contingency planning. It is NOT possible, in the duration of
one day, to achieve all that is required, but to allow for a systematic follow
up to assist in the actual contingency planning requirements for the delegate’s
type of business. The course fee includes one follow up visit, with additional
visits charged as consultancy.
Through dialogue, examples and an understanding of the client’s
business, it will be possible for the delegates, with assistance from MPCEE, to
draw up specific contingency plans that will conform to any United Kingdom
requirement for environmental protection and pollution control.
The course should be held on your premises or in a hotel
conference room that is in close proximity, with the basic requirements of
conference table, or tables that can be placed together, chairs, overhead projector,
blackboard or dry-wipe board.
Training manuals are included in the course for each delegate.
Delegates will be issued with a certificate confirming
participation in the course.
