Martin Parr Founder of MPCEE in 1972Hello, I am Martin Parr and welcome to MPCEE. When I created the organisation in 1972, as an economic and sustainable development operation, primarily focusing on Africa, little did I know then that MPCEE was to undertake its activities in over 100 countries! This success, I believe, has been achieved by placing trust in local partners who know their respective country's environmental needs. Today, MPCEE is a leading international authority on proactive environmental management consultancy, with dedicated core activities that include training, technology, contingency planning and renewable energy.

MPCEE can offer a complete package of products, services and funding for all business and industry sectors. As a centre of excellence, MPCEE creates original projects for environmental protection and pollution control, along with the design and implementation of renewable energy at local, national and regional levels. We are active in giving assistance to governments to enhance their environmental legislation, by designing and writing regulatory documents as a means of legislative enforcement. In addition, we provide an essential link in the promotion and undertaking of joint ventures between environmental projects, technologies and investors.

In a personal capacity, using my international investment connections, I am working alongside recognised leaders who, together, have written the mechanism and protocols for providing specific funding for governments and selected private sector projects.

MPCEE facilitates seminars, lectures, courses and conferences on environmental matters. This includes Environmental Management Systems and environmental training to ISO14001-2004, environmental contingency planning and hazardous and contaminative spill contingency plans. This includes waste and resource stream management.
